BRIEF
In partnership with Fiat Lux, an artisanal jewelry shop in San Francisco, our team was tasked with refreshing their digital store and creating a user experience that would complement their highly unique physical spaces. To achieve this, we embarked on a discovery phase that involved consuming their art catalog and researching the founders' backgrounds, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the client-facing experiences and bring purposeful care to the digital realm.
RESULT
To ensure consistency with the unique design styles and personalities of Fiat Lux's two locations, we designed two user experiences that would allow visitors to curate their shopping aesthetic and easily find the artists that best suited their tastes. Additionally, our strategic design promoted the shop's piercing, welding, and personal shopping services, while also creating fresh email marketing assets to complement their new website and well-designed physical stores.
The bespoke e-commerce platform that Noise 13 developed, powered by Shopify, allowed the founders of Fiat Lux to streamline their operations, utilize one POS across all transactions, and compete with stores spending far more on paid advertising. Our "choose your own adventure" site was a top priority for driving product sales, while also connecting and amplifying their other digital and social media channels. With this new platform, Fiat Lux works smarter and is poised for future successes and expansions.
