BRIEF
Deloitte Greenhouse leads executives, teams and organizations through innovative lab experiences to reach goals, align priorities and tackle ambitious objectives. They needed a communications tool to support Business Chemistry, a science- and research-based approach to work relationships.
RESULT
Business Chemistry was an immediate hit. Greenhouse participants returned to their places of business armed with insight, and tales of the immersive sessions spread like wildfire. Their stories were rich and compelling but lacked physical evidence. Co-workers heard the word but longed to feel it—literally. They needed a tangible artifact that would drive home the point better than any secondhand story could, as well as something to write on and serve as a point of reference.
